Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gentlejewelsorganicsllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Gentle Jewels Organics reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these requirements.
